Xerox to Acquire Lexmark

Transaction between printing industry icons is expected to close in second half of 2025.

We are pleased to announce that we are now a Lexmark Authorized Service Provider, giving us access to the Lexmark BSD (Business Solutions and Devices) products that are designed to meet the diverse needs of modern businesses and offering robust solutions for document management, printing, and workflow automation.

Combined, the companies form a vertically integrated manufacturer, distributor and provider of print equipment and MPS, covering all geographies and client types with a well-rounded portfolio of print and print services offerings.
