How do I place an order online?

You can place your order online via our website or call us directly on 1300 138 066.

What Couriers do we use?

We have collaboration with many well known courier companies to supply you with fast and safe delivery.  Depending on the location we decide which courier company to be used.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

It depends upon the location and time of order. Expected delivery time range from 1 – 3 business days depending on stock and location.

I missed the delivery of my goods so how do I organise re-delivery?

If you have missed your delivery the courier may leave a card with redelivery instructions. If not send us an email at shop@printerservices.com.au or call us on 1300 138 066 to re-organise delivery. Please be aware there may will be a reshipping cost incurred.

Can I pick up my toner in person?

Yes, though all orders have a freight cost and delivery charges may still apply.

What payment methods do you support?

We take payment via credit card using Visa, Master Card, AMEX, PayPal or Electronic Funds Transfer. Payment is taken at time of checkout by our payment processor and we do not store any details on our site.
