We have a New Website!

We would like to let our customers know, we now have a new look on our website.  The website has all of the features that you need such as information on new Printers for sale, Product Search function of over 4000 items and the ability to Request a service. We are always keen to know what our customers think about our service and where we can improve, so please feel free to give us your feedback.

Still Operating during Covid-19

Australian Printer Services Pty Ltd remains fully operational and open for business for all our customers across Australia.  Our printer repairs service, as well as printer and consumables deliveries will continue to operate.  Should the situation change, we will advise you at that time. We are here to continue to provide excellent customer service to you, whether it be at work, working from home, or studying at home.  We thank you for your continued support, and hope that you are keeping you and your loved ones safe.

Covid-19 safety precautions

We have implemented a number of safety precautions in the best interests of our customers and our staff.  Customers visiting us in store will notice the 1.5m distance marked out at the entrance.  Our techicians are also carrying gloves and face masks when providing onsite printer servicing.  This enables them to meet your health and safety needs onsite.

World Wide Stock Shortages

As Covid-19 continues to affect the economy, we are experiencing massive stock shortages across many products and consumables.  We have bought up stock where we can to reduce the impact on our customers.  We ask you to be patient if you are one of the affected customers.
